OpenAIは複数参照画像による画像生成・編集を案内しています。Runwayの画像→動画ガイドは、入力画像が主体、構図、照明、スタイルを決めるため、テキストは動きに集中すべきだと説明します。Googleの動画ガイドは主体、行動、カメラ角度・移動を分け、Adobe Fireflyは最初と最後のフレームを固定点として使えます。共通原則は 外見を画像で固定し、時間変化を動画プロンプトで指示する ことです。

制作フロー

まとめ

一貫したAIアニメーションは巨大な万能プロンプトから生まれません。人物を固定する画像、動作を説明するポーズ、互換性のある開始・終了フレーム、一つの行動に絞った動画プロンプト、人によるフレーム検査の連鎖が必要です。全体を再生成せず、失敗したショットだけを最新の承認フレームから再開すると管理しやすくなります。
